Well Way Approved items (indicated by this symbol: ) are items
that meet our nutritionist's criteria for healthy eating.
This means that these menu items meet the following standards:
Less than 35% of the total calories come from fat
Less than 10% of the total calories come from saturated fat
Has less than 150 mg of cholesterol per serving
Has less than 800 mg of sodium per serving

Q. Hey Ashburton Cafe, what's with the flimsy containers?
A: Ashburton Café has recently made a commitment to ‘go green.’ Our new containers are a more environmentally –friendly  alternative to the Styrofoam that we’ve used in the past.  While they may not feel as sturdy  as the old containers, this new version is compostable, which means that our waste makes less of an impact on the environment. We hope that you’ll join us in our commitment to helping improve our planet’s health.
 

What Does the Well N Good Symbol Next to Some of the Soups Mean?
When a 'W' appears next to one of our soups, that indicates that it is a Campbell's Well N Good Soup, which means that it is lower in both fat and sodium.
