For orders emailed less than 24 hours in advance, please follow up with a phone call. If after emailing an order you do not hear back from us within 24 hours (or by Monday in the case of emails sent late in the day on Friday or over the weekend) please call to ensure that we have received your order.

If you call outside of our regular business hours or
are unable to reach one our catering consultants please feel free to leave us a message. For orders left on our voicemail line, please call to confirm during business hours if you do not hear back from us.
We also accept orders by fax. These orders can be
sent to 617.248.6939. Please call to confirm that we
have received your order.
