• You must register on-line to receive rewards, so  CLICK HERE to register your card. Your card number is the sixteen digit number on the back of your card, just below the mag stripe.

• If you purchased this card as a loyalty card for $1 at any Metro Cafe cash register you will receive the $1 back when you register the card.

• At 100 points, registered members will receive $5.00 on their card to be used for any food or beverage purchase at Metro Cafe retail locations, this amount must be used in total and NO cash back will be given.

• Receive a $5 birthday gift which you can use up to 14 days after your birthday. This gift must be used for one single transaction containing of one or more items.

• Members who are registered and have 'opted in' for promotions with a valid email address will be eligible for additional promotions and rewards sent via email. Metro Cafe does not share personal MetroCard member information.
